I walked in and was greeted very nicely. It kind of went downhill from the point my car was checked in I waited almost 3hrs before I got tired of waiting on just a diagnosis on my car I could of been picking my kid up from school so instead I had to get ahold of my fiance to go get my son because nobody said a word that my car was finished until I went up to the desk and asked. Im not going there again you guys need to do better with letting customers know that their cars are finished
