If you want a package to go out on time do not use the UPS store in Anderson IN! I dropped off a package on Saturday 8-16 at 9am. I was there when they unlocked the door. It was sent 2nd day air. When I checked the tracking it didn’t leave the store/picked up till 7:33pm. The at the top of the tracking it’s says “The package was given to UPS after the cutoff time and the delivery date may be impacted.” So if it’s an urgent delivery just drive to Munice to an actual UPS corporate location. I’m sure it won’t make it by Monday so just wasted money. Unfortunately this isn’t the 1st I have had this problem with this location. Last time i dropped of a package here on a Saturday it didn’t leave till Monday evening.

Gene was very helpful when it came to my first time shipping a package. He was quick to putting all information into the system accurately. All the staff in there seemed to be working hard as well as having an upbeat attitude.
