“Pruitt’s car store is a good place to buy any car! From Fort Wayne traveling to Mishawaka, which the dealer didn’t want to budge on making a deal for us, we went to Anderson to find something else. Hoping and praying that we can get a car back to Fort Wayne, Mr. Dean helped me and dad out of finding a good car for my son!! “2 years ago, I bought a Ford Escape from Byrider. I loved that car and took it on so many adventures. Not too long ago, I was in a bad accident and my cherished Escape was totaled. Kenny was amazing and walked me through the entire process. The payout did not pay off my car, unfortunately. On November 3, I went to pick a new vehicle and settled on a Pathfinder. They completely waived the amount left on the escape. Upon driving the car home, I discovered that I hated it. No huge particular or even justifiable reason, I just wasn’t happy. The next day I went back and spoke with Jeannie and Pete. They were amazing and asked me if I wanted a different car or to just get out of the contract. I ended up choosing a Jeep Compass.They really are amazing. My credit has greatly improved in the two years I’ve been with them and they’ve always been incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns that come up.”
