I came in due to package not being delivered and message stating it was due to invalid address I stated this to the blonde lady at counter and instead of taking the time to look at the number or even to look at the email I received she instantly and rudely said I needed to take it up with the raible office when I stated I had already been there she says itβs not at the Main St office again never asking for address never asking to see the message I received just stated that the package was not there and then stated to me the building on Main Street is NOT A POST OFFICE ITS A PO BOX
However the web says different:
The post office building in Anderson, Indiana at 1505 Raible Ave, Anderson, IN 46011, US offers shipping, passport, and money order services, plus mail delivery.
Another Anderson location is at 1001 Main St, Anderson, IN 46016, US, providing postal outlet services including mail and package delivery, as well as money orders.

I only had to take back their container they left a bunch of packages on at my door. I didn't realize that they was writing on the box to return it back to them or could charge me 1000$ fine or 3 years imprisonment. I noticed after having it for a couple of weeks in my possession. My kid is the one who figured it out and told me. I went there to return it and the lady that was working at the counter was very kind and also told me how much she appreciated me bringing it back and that I didn't need to worry about getting in trouble or paying a fine. She was very underrated and said most people never return the box.

The fact that thereβs no one to call is beyond dumb. I just want to ask if the card I ordered twice got held there. Considering I get all my other mail Iβm not understanding. Instead of being able to call and say hey by chance do you have anything with my name on it before I order a THIRD one I have to get a link sent to me, submit a request and wait for someone to get back to me. Iβve never had to do this until I moved here. Anderson is so stupid

Iβve lost count at how many packages havenβt been picked up on our porch because the mailman canβt read instructions. If you need something picked up, just drop it off yourself because whoeverβs running the mail doesnβt do their job.

They don't perform all the duties of the post office here. Official Website says we print labels at right at the post office. They apparently don't do that and will send you to the library instead to print it off.

The lady working at post office didn't want to help me figure out which shipping option to use because they closed soon so she called the police on me because I didn't want to let her take the 5 people behind me in line go before me. She had me trespassed because I wouldn't stand to the side because she flat out just didn't want to help me.
