Never had much care for doing business with dealership service departments, since most of the time the service agents always think you're an idiot. But Travis at Ford Autoworld has been excellent to work with. Friendly and gets it done!

I really like doing business here. And my next Ford will more than likely come from here. However, while waiting for my car to be serviced, I sat in a new vehicle and turned on the radio. It immediately connected with an Iphone that was in the dealership. The most disgusting, vulgar, "music" came on immediately. The language in the "music" was F this F that and so on. Just an FYI for whoever has that trash on their phone, make sure it's not set up to sync with cars in the dealership.
