Unfortunately it isn't an option to leave ZERO stars, so I'll leave one for the fact that they know how to show up to clock in to the job that they DO NOT so well perform, but also still get paid for. I'll choose to not go into the whole ordeal, but just trust that when you are told that you'll receive the credit for your exchanged device where the in store transaction wasn't placed correctly to begin with, you probably won't. Four separate occasions and 5 different employees, $800 extra on my bill and a device that was never given service. When asking for something on paper for documentation (been in this situation with them before) that what you are told is going to be done, you will be told that nothing like that exists, so no, do not trust the process. I was told that this particular transaction mess up happens all the time and that you just need to believe that it will be corrected once you walk out of the store. "If it isn't corrected your not going to see the entire exchanged phone purchase amount show up on your bill, just its monthly payment." This is a corporate retail store and it should be held to that standard, but don't forget to pay your bill at the in store kiosk. With all of that being said, there are Verizon employees that understand the importance of your dollar. Brittney (PILKIBR), over the phone, took nearly 2 hours of her time not only fixing all of the issues including the bill, but also was able to get my monthly payments lower than what they were before this mess for 7 serviced devices. We know the quality connection that we get with our Verizon service so that isn't an issue. The customer service experience might as well be totally virtual if that's the only way that we can get quality for the amount of not just money, but also time spent.

My mom went in to pay her phone bill at the South Scatterfeild location, and some of the employees there at first avoided her. Then she finally got to someone, and they cussed her out and we disrespectfully to her! Literally left stunned. I need to get ahold of someone over this matter.

Sent my wife to replace her phone... she did and was offered a deal on a watch, which we accepted. We were told we'd only be charged the sales tax; however, we were charged for a service we weren't told or asked if we even wanted... one as simple as an easy transfer that I planned on doing myself. I called to speak with the manager who wouldn't do anything to fix the issue - only said, "I'll have a talk with the associate". THAT doesn't replace the money we were over charged. I won't be doing business at that Verizon store again.

The reps at this store practice predatory sales methods. They will add device protection plans and cloud services and other add-ons to your account without telling you so they can make 5 bucks of commision. It's called slamming and cramming and they do it religiously.

I recently had a frustrating experience trying to place an order online for new service, but Andy at the Anderson Corporate Verizon store turned it around with his outstanding customer service! After struggling with the online process, Andy proactively reached out to me the next day via phone and offered to review my options. I was blown away by his willingness to help and his diligence in resolving the issue. Thanks to Andy, I'm now up and running as a Verizon customer again!
Andy's exceptional service and dedication to finding a solution made all the difference. His friendly and patient approach put me at ease, and I'm deeply grateful for his efforts. If you're looking for top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting the Anderson Corporate Verizon store and asking for Andy. He's a true asset to the Verizon team!

Excellent store. Needed a point of sale solution for a photography business I am considering setting up in North Central Indiana. The business account manager was so helpful, direct, thorough, and extremely kind. Wish I could remember her name, but I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

A terrible experience. They would not honor my email offer and wanted $70 more per month to upgrade 2 phones. Thankfully we drove a mile north to the Verizon TCC. They handled everything seemlessly. Service was night and day between these 2 stores.
