Don't go to the store if you want any help with account issues. They appear to not be able to do anything with your account except very minor things. There are issues where you want to talk to a person in person to resolve an issue and apparently they have pushed all of that to their phone/online customer service, which is a nightmare all on it's own. The first issue I recently went in with I felt I wasn't being listened to at all and was literally told to call customer support. I was right about what was wrong once I managed to get through to a human on the phone. The second time I had to go back in was again to be told we don't do that in store anymore and to call customer support. Now I've been dealing with this issue for a week and it's still not resolved and I'm in Verizon support hell.

Called the store because I was having account issues and couldn’t get through to customer service as my account is locked. A woman named Linda answered. She explained they can’t help with account issues and that I need to contact customer service. That’s fine, no biggie. I asked if I could go over the issues I’m having to see if she has any advice. She agreed. I tried to explain to her that I can’t contact customer service because when I call to unlock my account, the temporary pin they give me does not work and the line hangs up. I explained this has happened for months, and I can’t get through to a representative and I can’t use my Verizon account or the chat because it is locked. However, when I tried to explain that she continued to talk over me telling me to contact customer service and that I would eventually get through to a person. She would not listen to my explanation at all as to why this has not worked. I just wanted to touch base with a human and see if they had advice since I was having issues with customer service already. She might have been having a bad day but she was very dismissive and rude. Talked over me the entire time and would barely let me get a word in. When she did, her response was flippant and her tone sound like she was annoyed, when she agreed to hear my situation. I’m not one to make reviews but this interaction was really frustrating and rude. Hope she has a better day ??♀️

I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. A little over 2 years ago, I received a phone with a monthly credit so after 2 years the phone would be "free". I was told that it would automatically unlock when it was time. I have since broke up with my boyfriend, but maintained the joint account to keep the discount. Now they are saying I am an account member but not manager and I cannot request for my own phone to be unlocked - a phone that I was assured REPEATEDLY would automatically be unlocked. I have been getting the run around for weeks. I don't like to say never, but there is a near zero probability of me EVER using Verizon's services again after being lied to in this manner. They had no problem accepting my monthly payments for over 5 years but won't honor their end of our agreement. In addition to holding my phone hostage, they have wasted many hours of my time over the past weeks, continually misleading me over chat messages, phone calls, and in-store. Shame on you, Verizon.

The worst store I ever been in bought a grip all-in-1 wireless charger with cash and they would not give my cash back and the manager was extremely rude about it I will never be back to this store again and I’m canceling my account because of this they should never treat people like this

Absolute scam this place don't even deserve one star that's how bad it is Me and my family was wanting to get new phones. The iPhone 14 Pro we got a guy signed us in and waited on somebody to help us get new phones. A lady came in started to help us. We asked her if we could go somewhere quieter because someone in my family has hearing aids and there was people behind us, and we said could we go to a table and she said sure, but it's going to be just as loud. I have trouble hearing as well when we told her in the first place that someone in our family had hearing aids in the first place, and totally ignored it and there wasn't that many people at the people at all so we go over to the table and start telling her what we want and before we get halfway she said it's gonna cost us $900 and that was for three phones two of my family members wanted iPhone 14 promax and I wanted a iPhone 14 Pro we were all trading our phones in to get new phones. We were all grandfathered in had a $800. Savings on top of a $200 to trade in our phones and that is unacceptable for charging us $900. Worst customer service ever we went to a different store and did not pay nearly that much Beware the store is absolutely a scam. She pretty much tried to bamboozle us. I wish I got her name tag

Went in for help to get a tablet to quit downloading unwanted apps and they told me it would be a $29 charge...a service that used to be free! Seriously! And to think most of the people going in for this service are the elderly! Makes me think they are taking advantage of the elderly charging them this fee everytime they come in for help with devices!

Originally thought everything went well... until I received my bill. Went in to take advantage of black Friday promotion they advertised. Long story short I was double billed for accessories I purchased in the store for my new device have credit card statement along with physical receipt and also being billed on my Verizon account which they will not remove. I am also being charged for things that were supposed to be part of the "Black Friday Deal" and the store is telling me they can't do anything call customer service and customer service is telling me I need to resolve with the store.

Beware. They so not honor there promotions, double bill even when you have credit card statements along with store receipts forcing you to have to dispute there charges with the credit card company because they ask for in store payment on accessories then also turn around and apply to your bill
