I just went in to find out what issue this location was having with my script. I am told they filled my long acting insulin I NEED NOW on May 23rd (they did NOT), asked about the Humalog (DO NOT NEED), then all of a sudden say THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT. They did 5 minutes earlier. What the hell happened in those 5 minutes?? Someone screwed up and will not admit they deleted the 2 prescriptions I need the most. How irresponsible can they be??

your store is the absolute worst store ever. in the history of all stores. people have to wait for hours for their prescriptions. And if they don't wait for hours for their prescriptions, they have to leave and come back and continue to wait for hours for their prescriptions. And then when you go in the evening to go get your prescription because it's the only time you can. you get up to the window after waiting for 20 minutes for the pharmacist to tell you that she can't help you because they closed in the clock. it said 6:30 like you really can't help finishing the guests that are in line. how disgusting are you. absolutely disgusting to not care about the people that need these medications

You can use the kiosk provided to glean pictures from your phone or just do regular photos at the counter. There's always friendly knowledgeable people to help you with your business.

There has been a long, long, long pharmacy wait for over 5 days now. At one point, you could only get prescriptions at the drive through. currently I have waited 30 minutes in the line at pharmacy drive up and zero cars have moved in 30 minutes.

This is probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been in in my life... They rarely answer the phone, when they do answer the phone And you ask them a question, they rarely know the answer. I've even had situations where they call me and leave a message to please call your Walgreens pharmacy, I called them back... And if they do answer the phone they don't know what I'm calling about. Incompetence reigns supreme. The worst thing is that they DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME. Several times now (at least five times) I have called in a prescription and been told that it will be ready after 11 o'clock and it is never ready. I show up today at 4:30 PM and it's not ready and they tell me it will take an hour. The pharmacy I used to go to at a grocery store in Virginia was 10 times more efficient, better communicators, more pleasant to deal with this place. When I ask them why they are so Bad at their job, they have a ton of excuses but never an apology. I am trying to find another pharmacy, even if I have to drive an extra 15 minutes each way to avoid having to come to this place ever again.

I love getting my prints there. At Christmas they always have great deals. I have made several photo albums for family. I just surprised my husband with a canvas printed picture for Valentine's day. Walgreens did a beautiful job. My husband and I love it. Their is a lady that always helps me. I basically tell her what I want and she works her magic. The Walgreens on 38th and Scatterfield Rd in Anderson is the best.

I have always had very good service at Walgreens. Everyone has always treated me with prompt and friendly service My experiences there has always been worth a return trip. .

The store is fine, people are friendly. And the pharmacy has not changed . They messed up on a RX transfer, causing me extra trips. Today i find out that they created 4 extra balance rewards numbers. A phone call to 8552250400 solved this. But on the phone they say i used a different phone number/different area code which i DID NOT. I will be extra careful. Should have gone to the CVS.

This pharmacy is a total failure! They cant refill prescriptions correctly or on time, they are rude and lazy, and they don't care at all about customer service or customer satisfaction. They repeatedly and constantly failed at my prescription refills over $1,900 per month in prescription refills and they couldn't care less. They even withheld my INSULIN once that my insurance had already been billed and paid for! I am now looking for a NEW pharmacy! Take your business elsewhere! The pharmacy manager Adam Funk is an idiot and a j**** He should be fired!

Disappointed this is not a 24 hr store. Otherwise the staff is pleasant and the store seems clean. It is remarkably similar to any other Walgreens you might encounter - with the exception of no real grocery type area (at least that I noticed).
