They made a simple return a nightmare. always a long wait here to start with, despite an appointment . Both reps messed up with this return. First one deleted the new modem so had to get another. Came back in to speak to other rep and he said keep old one and here's a new one. Said no worries no charges. Came back after confirming with corporate that I would be charged. Now my first modem was successful. With a receipt. Second modem, the deleted one. Was a hand written note. Rep was adamant the receipt he gave was the one that also has a serial number. (It didn't) So I was given a hand written note. Fast forward a few days, I have a text saying to return the old modem.. you guys are horrendous. I will go to the other location. Incompetent over a simple return. Even a rep I spoke to on the phone said she's not sure how that's possible unless you really tried to take it off the account.

The worst experience of my life. When you walk in you are greeted by people who look like they just got out of bed. supper unprofessional. We were trying to upgrade phones talked to the sales person and then we try to check out they are out of the phone all of the sudden. Ok, we will have them shipped to your house in two days. ok sounds good. The person helping us try's to ship them to an old address we have not lived at for a while. We correct him not that adds. He proceeds to ship them to the wrong address. We go back to the store and let him know he shipped them to the wrong address and tells me to just go to that home and see if we can have the phones back. um, no. So, they ask FedEx to take the phone back and tell us we can pick it up at FedEx. Not happy but willing, where do I pick it up. It will be shipped back to the Tennessee location, you can get it there. Not an option for me. They finally ship them to my house but the phones are reported stolen and I have now spent 5 days trying to get them activated. I bought these phones on September 4th and The phones are still not working as of this post.

My bill continues to increase and I tried calling but never was able to speak to a live person so I went in to the store. I was offered nothing to retain me as a customer. Best thing I was told to do was open another account in a different name. I'm currently looking for internet services elsewhere.

Been waiting here 30 minutes just to return my old router. Line to the door and zero sense of urgency by the employees. Worst service ever.
