I stopped into the Boost Mobile store in Auburn to shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good listener and a really nice guy. Marcus explained what I needed to do and fixed the problem with me. He's a good person to have on your side. Merry Christmas ⛄🎁

Marcie (spelling?), she went above and beyond for me, and she didn't have to. I went to Boost Infinite and had issues with Likewize, the insurance company. After many attempts on my own to get my issues addressed, she went out of her way contacting them and mediating the issue. She is a great person and I recommend her if you want Boost Mobile. Stay away from Boost Infinite!!

I tried to stop at the store several times during business hours, they were closed. I was finally able to get Marcy on the phone to verify store hours - she informed me that if they don't answer the phone, more than likely they are not there. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Marcy was awesome in helping me resolve my account issues and get my daughter's phone up and running. I had spent many hours on the phone with boost to no avail. Marcy was able to make the call in the store and walk through the process with boost customer care. I got what I needed squared away and made it out the door 1 minute before closing. Thank you Marcy!

I spent 4 years building an honest connection with Angola, managing this store. In the 6 months since I left, they have run it into the ground.On a good week, this store is open for 3 or 4 days. Most weeks, you'll be lucky to find it open more than 2 days.Unless you deal with Marcy, the customer service is nonexistent.I'll be surprised if this place is here in a year...

Worst cell phone provider on the market, weak signal, spotty coverage, boots app is busted so you have to call to make payments or go into the store where they charge you a fee to pay your bill. On top of that they hold your number hostage and refurlse to release it unless you pay. Worst customer service experience of my life, would not recommend and will never go back.

Highly recommend! I stopped coming here because the gentleman that used to work there would never want to help me and just tell me to call customer service. Up until recently I went back to upgrade and the ladies there were so kind! Cristina I think is her name and Marcy were patient with my wife and I and answered all of our questions. Definitely friendly environment now!!

Called to see if they had a certain phone said yes. So I drove 30 minutes to get a phone but they were closed during business hours. 2 hours before closing. Call today to see if I can get a new phone that I desperately need and the phone is off the hook or going to voicemail DURING BUISNESS HOURS. If they’re not going to be open then they need to update their hours.
