They never answer their phones, it’s fricken ridiculous. One of their employees was hitting on my significant other while I was in my car, the employee then proceeds to ask my significant other, “ who is that sitting out in the car like a fricken creep?”

Yeimi was absolutely wonderful with helping me with choosing the best phone for my needs as well as setting it up and instructions of how to get started using it. I will return to the Angola Indiana Cricket location in the future for all of my phone needs as the service I received here was OUTSTANDING! Yeimi was very knowledgeable about the phones, equipment and services offered by Cricket. She deserves recognition for her super customer service.

I went to the Angola location and I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome I was within my budget and they offered me amazing budget friendly deals and the store manager yeimi she had the best customer service .. and the other staff she had with her Vanessa is her name she was so friendly as well the transtaion went smoothly and I walked out with a smile on my face .. I was offered and explained to all the benefits as well . I recommend this store and this team ..

Very nice clerk that helped us find out that the problem we were having is now fixed. She even told us that she is there from 9am to 3 pm and if we had any other problems to come back and she would help us threw it.

I had a hard time accessing my HBO that's included in my plan, and Elisha in the Angola location was very helpful! Also the manager at that location is awesome as well. He helped us that the other night when we upgraded our phones. That's what I love about Cricket, from the Auburn store (Cole) to the Angola store, helpful & very friendly staff. Always a pleasure ❤️

The manager of this place is absolutely rude absolutely rude she does not have patience and all she cares about is Dakota rather than helping the I've been helping the customers she told one lady she had to walk up there the next day because you couldn't file online for the ACP and you can file for the ACP online

We started with a Cricket family plan from the Angola Indiana retail center a couple years ago, and have been reasonably satisfied with both the store and Cricket itself. Tonight I had decided that I wanted to upgrade to a different phone. It is Saturday, and the store advertised open hours till 8:00 pm. Travelled the 16 miles into town burning $4/gallon gas (thank you, joe Biden!) Arrived about 6:00 pm. Lights on, "open" sign lit, however, door locked with a handwritten note on the door "We will be back". Tried calling the store-no answer. Went for pizza,came back at 7:15 pm, same story. Far as I know, no one ever came back to the store that night. Thinking now of upgrading not only my phone, but to another service altogether. What a lousy way to conduct a business!
