LOTS OF EXPIRED PRODUCTS.... I've shopped here multiple times hoping it'll get better but a lot of products including food, drinks and medication are expired or well past the best by date. CHECK THE DATES BEFORE BUYING.

Small skinny co-worker wearing hoody, you’re rude. Your mouth running in front of customers is horrible. Another customer let you know there was a long line up front and you made to comment of, that’s unfortunate for them. And ignored him. When you finally decided to make an appearance up front all you did was run your mouth to the other co-worker, who was doing a good job. If you don’t like your job, quit and move on.

I just came out from this store that they don't care about how to thread costumers. I was yelled by a male employee, yelling HAVE A GOOD DAY, HAVE A GOOD DAY because I was telling him the truth that doesn't have good customer skills. Two days ago, I went to this store and pressed the bottom at the register to check out because no one was at the register like always. A female employee who was working apparently by itself that day, she go behind the register and I asked her if she can tell me what was the discount on the green newports shorts because I don't have my glasses, and with the same body language she shows when she get behind the register, was the same thing came out from her mouth attitude.I asked one more thing and again same attitude. After I paid, I gave her a sad face on the question: How do I feel ? on the register screen , she made a face and told me with the same attitude. " Have a wonderful day." Today, I went with my husband, and as soon we go thru the store, same lady from 2 days ago, greet us with smile and told us." Hi, how are you?" Okay, that's great, thsts what I thought, I was wrong because she went and said something to the male employee,she was working with and when we pressed the button at the register to check out, they laughed, and the male employee came to the register. My husband was the one paying so I did not bring my wallet with me. He bought some tobacco products, and he asked for his ID, and that's great, they fallowing the law. My husband gave it to the guy, and he scanned and told him the total. My husband asked me if that was all, and then he remembered his cigarettes and asked the guy for one pack of cigarettes. The guy got the package and asked for the ID again. My husband told him, "You just scanned," and the guy looked straight to my eyes and said HERS. I asked him why? and he responded, "Because I know you bought cigarettes before," I asked him why he did not ask me for my ID when my husband bought the other tobacco products that's not right. I wasn't buying, and he answer was that he was following the law. I asked him if I came with my whole family, you going to ask for all the family IDs, and he answered, " YES." I told him that was not like that. There was no answer and handed my receipt, and he started yelling. (I'm a BP patient with my meds in my body, my BP when sky high in seconds, because this guy attitude, I don't know if they are related or not, but they have the same attitude, and they don't know what customer service is. If they don't know how to treat customer, they should not be working there. Customer service is the key for every business that works with the public. If they have personal issues, they have to LEARN how to leave them at home or stay home period. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff like that are what's beem ruined a lot of business. I worked as CSR and Management, and if I treat a customer like this guy, I will definitely be fired. Management checks your employees because those two are not doing a good job at all. I don't have the name, but you should know who is working. I'm really calm, smile and salude everyone. I really don't understand. That's the closest dollar general, and we will keep going there and will do more negative reviews if it keeps happening. Thank you, guys, for ruin my day.

just lefted my cart and lefted!! place was an absolute mess..couldn't get what I needed..so I simply asked the girl how I was supposed to get certain things cause the carts was all in the way she replied u Lakers just need to go home..r u serious?! I have lived here my whole life..the girl was very rude and to top it off they had music blaring and it was cussing up a storm!! will never go back there again

They're a busy but great bunch of folks. Don't look for the world from them but expect friendly service.Only lose a star for their not so stellar selection. Part of that is dependent on size/location but it doesn't change the "facts".Thanks y'all - come friend come all!

We ordered a halloween bag using door dash. The bag had a hole in it. I sent my fiancé to go get a new one since my tibia is broken. I forgot to give him the receipt. They took the bag from him, called him a thief, and made him leave. Unacceptable. He told them it was a door dash. He came home, I gave him the receipt and he went back out. Unacceptable behavior. You could have asked him for the receipt. It was at home, but to say he stole it. Unacceptable.
