I have redness from skin issues. I went in needing help to find foundation and I was sat in a chair in front of well lit mirror and an associate applied a foundation for me and gave me tips on application. She was so sweet and friendly and knew her stuff! I bought liquid foundation, brushes and a powder foundation months ago. My sensitive skin loves it! And it looks so natural. I’m not a huge makeup person and so I love the natural look! 10/10 recommend!!!

Hayley has been doing my lashes for several months now and I have never had such good retention! She is wonderful, knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients. Hayley also did my microblading which was fantastic! I have never felt pushed to purchase something extra or upgrade my service, which is huge for me and has not always been the case when I went to other service providers. I also recently received masseter Botox with Emily, NP, who was great! She explained each step of the process to me even though I had been through the procedure once before with a dentist (and did not receive this level of patient education). I would absolutely book a service with Emily again. It’s clear how much time, effort, energy, and love Hayley puts into her craft and the entire Joppa spa, and this same level of excellence is displayed on the medspa side of things!
