A typical Love’s on I69 when you need it most. We were stopping to refuel and dump our black and grey water. The sewage entrance was not very clean, but that was my only complaint.

Had a horrible experience at the McDonald's here. Only had $7 left to feed myself for the day. Went to pay for my meal and the cashiers have no idea how to do multiple payments with a card and cash. Because they didn't know what they were doing now that 5 dollars I had on my card is being kept on hold and I can't feed myself for the day except with the 2 dollars in cash I have left in my name.
Keep putting customers hards on hold and not allowing them to eat and I'm going to keep giving you all bad reviews. Keep doing this to the customers and see what happens to your business.

I came to do an exchange for a headset and the manager in turn told she can't do an exchange or return my money because the company policy. She refused to gave her name (Old lady with long hair) and told me she won't exchange the product or give me the money back. Really disappointed and really bad customer service.

the worst place to take shower i forgot my wallet and got my app and the cashier Raven told me that not going to give me shower and i need to pay cash i will never stop here again

Well I'm a local owner operator and stopped in on a Saturday morning for pm. 1 truck in the bay at 6 am. I'm next in line. The truck in the bay needed 2 tires. It's 10:45 now and still not in the shop. This isn't the only time here trying to get anything done and my time was wasted.. I Doubt that I'll ever come back. And the fuel is higher than most of the state..

Found a nail in my drive tire and drove it to this Love's. Upon further inspection the tire needed to be repaired. Took me in right away which was awesome. What wasn't awesome was that this shop allowed the Tech to take 2 hours to plug an outside drive tire. The 2 counter guys were more concerned on life problems and bitching about their Manager Josh that they forgot what customer service meant. Never in my 25 years have I seen such a poorly run shop. With 2 other drivers waiting with electrical issues I didn't understand why I was plugging up a bay for a $57.60 repair. Hope someone reads this and deals with the issue.
