My criticism is not of the workers but the system they're forced to work with.
The phone app is useless (a claim I don't make lightly) and the computer system in the store isn't much better as the workers often can't tell why something wasn't filled or even when it was last filled.
There have been two occasions when trying to pickup my meds they insisted I'd already gotten them. Even their system and the app showed the prescriptions were still waiting for pickup. I had to prove I didn't pick up the rxs so I brought in my insurance EOBs. After waiting a week, they finally gave me my prescriptions with a lecture about trying to get medicine too early. Something that has nothing to do with the situation and came across as paint blame and just added insult to injury.
Most pharmacies are overloaded with customers but have too few employees so finding a good pharmacy has been frustratingly difficult.
I switched to Walmart. So far so good.

Never an issue here and unlike the other person, no real long waits. It's a pharmacy, not a fast food joint. Get real.

Normaly pretty good, sometimes dont have prescriptions until next day. Call to make sure and they have a drive through.

Have drive 30 mins to Angola 2 times because they told me my script was done and it's not! I'll be finding a new place to get my meds filled!
