Menards in Angola is known for its excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Customers often find themselves buying more than intended due to the wide variety of items available. Employees like Will and Les stand out for their dedication, especially when helping customers with heavy items like concrete mix and lumber. Denise and Cody also provide top-tier assistance, particularly in kitchen design, ensuring customers achieve their vision with cabinets and countertops. Rachel, from the cabinet and appliance department, receives high praise for her professionalism and follow-up after sales, making her a go-to for many shoppers. Overall, Menards is appreciated for its fast checkout lines and the eagerness of its staff to help customers have a positive shopping experience.
The Menards score is huge and has just about anything needed for a home or garden project. I like their app which shows if something is in stock and the Store map shows you exactly where to find it.
