“I tried to stop at the store several times during business hours, they were closed. I was finally able to get Marcy on the phone to verify store hours - she informed me that if they don't answer the phone, more than likely they are not there. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Marcy was awesome in helping me resolve my account issues and get my daughter's phone up and running. I had spent many hours on the phone with boost to no avail. Marcy was able to make the call in the store and walk through the process with boost customer care.
