“I recently (Saturday July 2) had a wonderful experience with this location that I am pleased to share. We are in the process of staining our wooden fence. When the project started we weren't sure how many gallons it would take. Once we started with the staining we were able to establish the needed quantity. What we discovered was that inventory levels of this particular stain were extremely low. Since we live in Fort Wayne we called all the local stores first. We were able to get 4 gallons at the Maysville Road location, however we could not find anymore in Fort Wayne. An employee from the Lima Road location said the inventory in the system showed 15 gallons at the Angola location. I called there to verify and was told it was correct. I asked if it was possible to transfer to 8 gallons to the Lima Road location. I was told that was possible because he actually lives in Fort Wayne near Lima Road. I of course was really happy to hear that because I also lived near Lima myself. Well much to my shock he offered to drop them off for me at my home since we lived close to each other!! I gave him my credit card information and that was it. Within 6 hours he delivered them to me directly!Thank you so much, Michael. That is outstanding customer service at its best!!!”
