Got in a pinch and needed a boat trailer wheel bearing fixed to pull the boat late in the season. They squeezed me in and got it done! Excellent work and great customer service!

I've found that all the folks at Performance Unlimited Specialists are truly great people who are very knowledgeable about everything mechanical and performance related. They have helped us with maintenance, troubleshooting, winterization, and repairs on our boat engines, outdrives, and Seadoos over the last many years. Jim and Dan and all of the staff there have always gone above and beyond to help take care of everything we've needed help with, even on some of our older boats and vehicles. They keep in communication very well as to expected costs, scheduling, and estimated time needed to complete any repairs. We've referred several of our friends and neighbors to them over the years as well and they have always had a great experience working with them. I highly recommend them and their services.

Was told my transmission was bad cause I wanted my filter changed it had been 100000 miles my book to my van says to change . The girl I talked to was an idiot. I would go somewhere else I did got great service at Frank's oh and my transmission is good. SO BEWARE

These folks are the best! Last year they rescued us after our 'regular' marina forgot to come get our pontoon out as scheduled. They met us within an hour after calling them - late in the evening - and got us out zip zap! Then they winterized, shrink wrapped and stored our boat for much less than we've paid in the past. Excellent service with a smile from everyone we've met there!

Took my boat to get serviced in May and finally got it back in late June, no big deal I understand it's the busy season, but I left numerous messages for a callback on an update and never received one callback. Once I finally got the call that my boat was done I went to pay for it and the "secretary " was on vacation so I couldn't get a detailed receipt of the work done( i did speak with technician that worked on it)until she came back the following Monday. I took the boat home and put it in the water and it ran for 10 minutes and now it won't start. I have called them again numerous times, left messages and still have not gotten a response or a detailed receipt of charges. I just want my boat working! ?
