1801 N Wayne St, AngolaWalked in to Jed’s tonight just as they were unboxing new menus. We were the first table to get to order from them. All the OG favorites are still there, but I went with one of the new creations - Cajun Chicken and Waffles! Best meal I’ve had in awhile!
The brioche waffles were crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. Jed’s chicken never misses and that rang true with this new dish. The syrup was perfect compliment to the slight heat of the Cajun seasoning on the chicken.
Excited to come back and try some of the other new choices.
