Peter Franklin Jewelers is a very beautiful store with beautiful merchandise. The staff is genuinely nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They provide excellent customer service and are focused on pleasing the customer. They do great repairs, updates to existing jewelry, and complete work in a timely manner. Services include ring sizing, watch battery changes, and designing new pieces. Employees are efficient, pleasant, and professional, offering good recommendations. Customers highly recommend doing business with them and trust their opinion.

Always deal with Paige when I stop in but was greeted by Bella this time. She was quick to help me out in a pinch since Paige was out of the shop and I was leaving town for the weekend. We found a stunning necklace for my wife's 20th anniversary. Very pleased with this young ladies knowledge and people skills!
