“I needed a immediate appt due to bites my dog received from another dog over food. My vet was not available today and Paws and Claws in Angola was the only veterinarian within 50 miles that was able to put me on the wait list and asked me how long it would it take to arrive at the clinic. I was able to make the drive from Rome City to Angola in under 45 minutes. We were greeted by their staff very professionally and was seen my a Vet Technician that was very professional and assured me the Veterinarian would be able to fix him within 2 or 3 hours and the would call back when he was ready to be picked up. We were called in less than 2 hours to return and his surgery went well to repair the bite wounds. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM THAT CARED FOR COOPER I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW. I RECOMMEND PAWS AND CLAWS TO EVERY PET OWNER LOOKING FOR AN EMERGENCY VET WHEN OTHER LOCATIONS WERE BOOKED UP OR IT WAS THEIR DAY TO BE CLOSED.”

“I moved out of Angola about ten years ago. I have continued taking my dogs to Dr. Zimmer's office the entire time and was reminded why last week. I was up all of Monday night with my 9 y/o husky as he could not stop coughing. We figured out he had been exposed to kennel cough. While I mostly keep up on his vaccinations, kennel cough is not one of them because we do not board him. I called first thing Tuesday morning in a panic. The office staff assured me they would be able to get him in and taken care of. By noon, he was back home with medicine and was mostly back to normal within a few days. Thank you Dr. Zimmer and your staff for continuing to provide such great service at an incredibly fair cost. I will continue to drive the hour to make sure my animals are cared for by you!!”

“Hudson's Service Department (specifically Hunter) went above and beyond. Our recirculation pump died on our UWTM and Hunter helped us find the right pump going out of his way on his busy schedule to help us find an affordable single speed pump. Although we do not have the pump set up yet, I want to praise him for such wonderful customer service! Thank you again, Hunter!”
