“Accidentally missed putting a part in my Amazon return. Had dropped it off Tuesday night, realized my mistake after store was closed. Got to store when opened Wednesday morning. Explained issue to staff, lady responded no problem, Amazon returns hadn’t gone out yet, we will go through packages, find package and put part in. We’ll take care of it. KOHLS has always been a very good store, exceptional customer service.”
