“Today was my first time there. As far as pricing and general service, etc. I would say Best One is par for the course as a general service center. All good things, nothing bad... but what stood out to me enough that I wanted to leave a review was their customer service.
Their man Pete behind the counter is fantastic and I was very impressed with his service to the customers. Its clear he puts heart into working with the customers and he gives a sense of genuinely welcoming people and that he is happy to get them squared away. “We damaged on front right side when we hit something parking. It pushed out the front right plate and left plenty of marks from the object.
I was referred to Talent Auto Body shop and so glad I made the trip to Cicero. I went to get an estimate. But by the time I left, I had my car repaired free of charge!
They used some solvent to help with the marks and then took the car in the body shop to quickly push back in my plate. They brought it back around front after 10 minutes of waiting and it was all done.
That was very kind of them to just take a few minutes to fix the damage (that luckily was not as much damaged as we thought)!

“We were just traveling through the area in our class C motor home when our check engine light came on and started flashing. Called CTA because they had great reviews. They were booked out for weeks but because of our situation (we had to rent a car to get home and then back to retrieve the rv) they squeezed us in. They did the work faster than they said they would and actually a bit under the quoted price. It was a lot more than I anticipated but I believe it was a fair price, to replace all 10 spark plugs and boots, as well as an engine coil.”

“Great staff, were straight up concerning my brake issues ( not quite as bad as I was led to believe by another party!), in the process, a VERT serious front-end issue was detected and I was shown every issue concerning this problem; I opted to have that work done immediately. Service was prompt and my tech (Az) was honest about everything and seeing that I could catch a break on costs wherever possible. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is due to outdated shop machinery that wasn't capable of linking with certain electronics in my car, thereby preventing a full wheel alignment. I had to find another shop to have that done. The staff and work is a 5, but had to dock a star due to mgnt/owner not keeping all tools and machinery of the shop up to date and compatible with all types of vehicles.”
“I went to Kahlo not expecting to find what I wanted. And I’m not usually a big fan of sales people. However, Tabatha was so amazing! She was very friendly, knowledgeable yet not that annoying pushy person. She give you all the info you needed and gave you space to make decisions. She stayed in contact but it was a comfortable for me contact. She definitely done her homework and made sure she found me exactly what I was looking for!!! It did take a long time close to 3 1/2 hour wait to get new tires and rear brakes .
Only thing disappointing was they never made any coffee until two hours in . Could have used a cup”
