McGinity, on the other hand checked over everything and went over their recommendations in detail and told me how the stand behind their work. “I love Bob's Garage! This is the one place I can take my car in Hamilton County, and ALWAYS know I can trust I will have a repair or maintenance job well done and for a reasonable price! I called, last minute, for an appointment to bring in my hybrid car for new brakes and a bulb replacement next day. Not only did they make space available, but finished the job in time and at a price - hundreds below a competitor. This is the 5th car I have trusted to Bob's for work since they opened. With every visit I leave more impressed than the last. Keep up the great work!! Always recommended ?”
“We were just traveling through the area in our class C motor home when our check engine light came on and started flashing. Called CTA because they had great reviews. They were booked out for weeks but because of our situation (we had to rent a car to get home and then back to retrieve the rv) they squeezed us in. They did the work faster than they said they would and actually a bit under the quoted price. It was a lot more than I anticipated but I believe it was a fair price, to replace all 10 spark plugs and boots, as well as an engine coil.”
“I had a couple problems one being front headlights flickering you guys checked it said it was fine couldn’t replicate problems and then on my trip to Chicago the light front left flickered on and off the entire trip. Very frustrating”

“Great staff, were straight up concerning my brake issues ( not quite as bad as I was led to believe by another party!), in the process, a VERT serious front-end issue was detected and I was shown every issue concerning this problem; I opted to have that work done immediately. Service was prompt and my tech (Az) was honest about everything and seeing that I could catch a break on costs wherever possible. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is due to outdated shop machinery that wasn't capable of linking with certain electronics in my car, thereby preventing a full wheel alignment. I had to find another shop to have that done. The staff and work is a 5, but had to dock a star due to mgnt/owner not keeping all tools and machinery of the shop up to date and compatible with all types of vehicles.”

It did take a long time close to 3 1/2 hour wait to get new tires and rear brakes .
Only thing disappointing was they never made any coffee until two hours in . Could have used a cup”
“Very nice customer service but I’m leaving a review because of the condition in which I picked my car up. Someone backed into my car so brought it in to be fixed, I expected them to fixed the small area and be done. They also rotated my tires and detailed the inside of my car which desperately needed it. So grateful for the hard work they do here. Definitely will recommend people here!!”
“Christopher was excellent - great service, engaging in conversation and encouraging of my teenage son who had done some work on the car prior to bringing it in. We wont take the car anywhere else based on our interactions with him. Car was returned to us quickly, and great communication from drop off to pick up.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this place but especially the employees. Adrianne is fantastic. She is attentive and very understanding of being in a situation where you may not have your vehicle because of a tire issue. Zach also does an awesome job of stepping up if it is a higher end vehicle and he knows it should be treated as such. I love this place and they will have a customer for life as long as I’m nearby.
