You don’t usually expect good customer service at a post office. But that is exactly what you get at this location. Strange to say I have a preferred post office, but I do now!

Super convenient location for SW Ft Wayne residents, but it could use more promo efforts to raise awareness of it's existence. Be aware of their limited hours, but it's worth it for getting mail/packages out after it's already been picked up at the drop box on Illinois Road in the Kroger plaza.
