Pretty good experience, given that it was a drop n hook. Prior to the guard shack, have a safety vest on and tandems slid back. Hand guard your BOLs and license. Arrived 0645 for a 0700 appointment today. Had a full trailer of cases of paper towels floor loaded. Was out the gate by 0850. Everyone was polite. I dreaded coming here by the reviews, but I had a great experience today.
