Marsha is always very rude, makes comments about my children and has an unpleasant attitude every time I come into this Dollar General. It is close to my home so I come often. Every time I have tried to use Apple Pay at the register it never works (this is the only place I have issues with Apple Pay). It is always a mess as well, get it together and hire employees who have some customer service!

Only problem I have is that corporate needs to fix the damn front doors. It's just ridiculous how long they have been out of repair.

We called ahead and checked how late they where open and they said 6:00 we got there at 5:40 and they where putting a sign on the window saying they would close at 5:30. They saw us pull into the driveway, and they Wouldn't let us in. One of them was laughing at us.

Wish there was an option for ZERO STAR. Stopped here for packet of Antacid/heartburn meds. Found what I needed, went to pay. I’m 2nd in line - customer in front is having a nice conversation with clerk. Clerk (she looked to be in her mid 60”s) was very chatty/friendly with lady checking out. Now it’s my turn….. Crickets…. No hello, no how’s your day…. Nothing!!! She’s looking at me like I’m inconveniencing her, what the heck…So, I say “Hi”, beautiful day we’re having, how’s it going with you?!!!!…. Think she only said two words to me. Don’t be a RACIST!! Yes I look different, I’m a Korean. I’m the nicest person you will ever meet. Don’t be a RACIST! Treat everyone equal!

I have shopped at Dollar General for many years however will not step a foot in another onne of your storesOn Sunday October 2nd aat around 645PM I went into the store to grab a few things I needed having a DG in my small little town had been a great thing and conveinentThere was a display on a end cap that had coca cola 1ltr 3 for 3 dollars so I grabbed 3 honeatly it was a good priceWhen checking out the coke products rang up at 1.25 per unit I ask the cashier about the price and she said it would deduct it from the receipt I carried all my bags to my car then looked at the receit and noticed the deduction was not off the receitI returned to the store with my receit and showed it to the cashier she told another employee about it and she went to investigate it when returning whe told the cashier the price of 1.25 was correctI took the lady where I saw the 3 for $3 price and she said that was fine however I needed to go back to my car and bring my entire purchase back in The lady had my 5 minute old receipt showing what I paid for the coke products why would or should bring the 11 items I had purchasedI am on a fixed incomeand every dime I save helps methere is another convience store in the other direction about the same distance they have just gained a new customer

The aisles keep getting smaller and smaller but the cashiers there are super friendly and helpful. I normally get in and get out bc it's usually busy and gets crowded quickly.
