I give 3Rivers 1 star at this time. I needed a loan adjustment on my existing one and I got turned down . That's not all though . They said it was because they had reported to the credit beru 3 to 5 delinquent payments . How ever had that been the case I'd have lost my car . I had always payed . So they used an excuse not to do my last recent loan based on what damage they have caused . To me it could criminal negligence or money laundering because they had also made me over pay witch was outrageous when I found out. They didn't tell me a thing knowing for months what they had done . Only way I'll be happy is if the owner or president or CEO a high position person above everyone else contacts me . That won't happen though . Further more it was cat in her department with in 3 rivers that did her job right and found there negligence of me being over charged and them sending as I said many false reports to the credit beru. I guess my question remains would you want to bank with a bank that got caught taking advantage of you calling it a so called error . It was intentional I'm sure . How ever big companies see dollars not people. So you decide if you can trust this bank or not as for me no . They turned my loan down ok , but then came up with another excuse then in my time of need didn't help me they just helped them selves . Should it ever get resolved I'll post an update but it's highly unlikely cause they only care about million dollar share holders . Well that's the true story of the events I'll let you decide if you can ( bank on that šš ) thx for your time everyone.

Josh was extremely rude to me, told me I need to make better decisions in life. Like he has a clue what I do in life. Then he said if I wanted to open a savings id have to wait a year to get a checking. Ended up calling his boss, he wasn't being honest.

We have been with 3 rivers since 2001. We are moving and went in today to talk with Josh about what we need to do. Was pleasantly surprised to hear we could stay as members. Josh has been there for us since the very beginning. We have had some rough spots and Josh helped us keep ou heads above water. Absolutely the best place to bank. Terry and Mary.

By far the worst bank I've ever used, they let online streaming services take from my account without alerting me. Then they charge $33 dollars each time it's over drawn and their apps do not work at all.

This has got to be the worst setup to a bank I've ever heard of.Pending charges in your account take way too long to go through. So you think you have money in your account when you actually don't. Then they don't decline your card when you go to use it. They let you use it then charge you 33$ for an overdraft for every purchase you make. My last bank would just decline the card and not charge you. The app used to let you see your account without having to login every time. The ATM is constantly down. The minimum bill you can withdrawal is a 20. My last bank was a 10 which is much more convenient. The debit cards might as well be made out of paper. I haven't even had it 6 months and it's almost ruined where my last card lasted years. I switched from lake city thinking the grass would be greener here. Boy was I wrong, back to lake city I go. Can't run from this bank fast enough.

Me and my fiancĆ© went in about 3 weeks ago to set up an account for him(he paid the $25 to set up the account) and to set up the joint one for bills. They lady walk us through everything and helped set up our accounts, and said now you just have to wait for your cards to come in the mail. We waited 3 1/2 weeks and nothing came , so I Decided to give them a call and see whatās going on and when I mentioned it to them they said āwell we have nothing on our endā or āyou were never in hereā or āI think your confusedā, was kinda rude about it and didnāt do anything to help us fix the problem since they messed up on their end. Obviously I know when I was in there and Iām not confused, you guys are.

Just got off the phone with Josh in Auburn in RUDE!!!!!!!! Told me to stop talking trying to set up on banking on line for my husband he me on the account and I put in over 10 user names none taken Āæ???????? You should make this easier! And your employees need to be retrain how dare him tell me stop talking!!!!!

This credit union us the best. I know that everytime I go in I am taken care of. Never have I been treated rude or that a problem that I have is not worth 100 percent of their time.

Most of the people working at the Auburn branch are belittling or busy talking about the federal legalization of marijuana.
