After stopping at home Depot and Ace to choose paint colors, I decided on Benjamin Moore so I purchased a few paint samples from Ace. The next day I realized I left my contractors B.Moore color fan deck at one of those locations. It wasn't at either so I asked Ace if they could replace it EVEN at MY COST. She asked if my contractor would be purchasing the paint there. I was not sure so she said I had to go to B.Moore website to buy one. What an inconvenience not to mention I needed it asap. I will never go to that Ace to purchase anything in the future. I will drive the extra mileage to purchase elsewhere!

I bought the parts they told me that I needed and when it was the wrong part, they would not refund my money because I opened the part to use it.
We will drive to an Ace Hardware that these people don’t own. It’s worth it for the customer service.

Got charged $35.00 for a car key that doesn't even work. Even brought in my own key. So now I'm out $40 for the key and another $35 because they didn't cut it correctly.

On 10/25/24, my husband & I were visiting from out of State my very Senior parents (87 & 85 yo) who regularly buy honey this store sells for local farmers. My parents were not feeling well this morning & out of the honey they use daily, so my husband offered to go get the honey. My husband said when he went in, the cashier was cleaning the popcorn machine & didn't even stop to look at him when he asked about the honey. She did finally begrudgingly help him out. He said she was quite rude and snappy to him when making this transaction. It was about 9:30 am. I don't know if this woman woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but she needs not take her bad day out on customers who spend $60 or so on a regular basis. Courtesy to your customers should always be #1. This lady gave better service to the popcorn machine!

They aren't a big box-type store. They have a good selection of most things a person would need in a pinch and if they don't have it, you can get it sent to the store for free and they call when it arrives. When I go here, I always feel like I can trust the advice they give. They are local guys who know what they're talking about.

Inventory is not accurate on website, so when I drove from out of town to purchase a specific product, it was not there. I was basically brushed off and told sorry with no care or concern or even a suggestion to help me find what I was looking at another location...funny how customer service "these days" seems to struggle no matter the age of the employee...

Needed keys made store closes at 6 i get there around 5:30 and already closed . I will just go to home depot from now on so i wont waste my time

Horrible service. Sold me the wrong item and then refused to allow the return because I foolishly opened the package to use it.I just spoke with someone from the store and it would seem that an employee lacking knowledge was the issue.
