All the folks at AA are incredible. Great business, great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve never had an issue, question or problem that they couldn’t steer me in the right direction or help me directly. Only pride and sincere love for the opportunity to help people with firearms. They cleaned and revived an old Marlin model 60 for me. It had failed to load ammo properly for me. It works well now, and it looks better than it has for a decade. I made the right choice in taking it to Auburn Arms.

First time I've been in a gun store for decades. I found the environment here to be very welcoming, co.fortable and attentive! I'm not much of an enthusiast so I can't really speak to selection, although I did notice an impressive array of scopes.

I just have to say, these guys are the best! And they have a great shop! About 6 months ago back in October 2024 I bought a brand new .22 rifle that broke the first time I got it out of the box. Austin, Alex, and a few of the other guys tried their best to help me out which I appreciated. Well unfortunately the rifle was too bad to keep so we sent it in to warranty and the manufacturer threw them around the loop and was awful about communicating with them and their customer support didn’t get back to me at all! Fast forward half a year of me trying to be patient I’ll admit I got tired of it and went in to the shop and explained to my guy Austin that it’s been a big hassle and that I was wondering if they would be able to help me out in some way with some sort of partial refund or store credit or something. Despite the gun still being in warranty, Austin went in the back and talked with the guys and they refunded my full amount I paid and I actually got to take home a shotgun I have had my eyes on for over a year now. I’m extremely pleased how they handled this and they’ve got a returning customer always. Also if you ever need something worked on with any of your firearms, DO NOT be afraid to take it to them. They will take care of you every time and they are always very respectful people. All of them are very knowledgeable and don’t ever make you feel dumb if you don’t know something about a firearm. I’d recommend this shop to anyone and will do so! Thanks guys.

even though this is a kind of long distance from my house on the occasions I have had the opportunities to shop there the people have been very helpful and make you feel like family. Oh and there merchandise is second to none, from firearms to ammo to accessories to cleaning and storing devices you can rest assured they have a great selection. heck they even had 1 or 2 I could afford!

I like this place. It is worth the drive from Angola any time I need an NFA item or to sell a firearm or to transfer a firearm. Nice people who work there too.

We went here several weeks ago. I won a substantial gift certificate from work last christmas for this place. I was worried they were going to give me grief that the certificate was a year old. We also had a few guns we wanted to trade in that we weren't very fond of. They took our certificate with no questions asked. They bought the trade ins for much more than I thought they would give us. Probably 75 percent of new price. They were very patient with my wife and I and tried to fit the firearms to our needs. They also were very honest and didn't try to upsell us to something we didn't need. This will definitely be my to-go place in the future!
