“I like auto zone but have always HATED the stupid way the checkout works it's super confusing! You'll have 2 people on their phones ,1 person on the computer , 1 person with a customer, 5 people standing in line waiting in the dumb ceder point waiting line thing that you can't back out of! I've gotten to the point where I will drive to a different city to avoid auto zone! It's ridiculous! Please do something about it!”
