“Nice place. The biggest problem is the wheelchair ramp is very degraded and has a step up. We had to pick up my sister's Walker and help her up the step. They need to fix it and also add more parking spaces for handicap.”

Customer Service Representative Keith Weiss bent over backwards to help reestablish my checking account, get me a new debit card and walk me through all of the various issues I was having while trying to get my Bill Pay to work correctly. “I’ve been with this bank since the late 90’s. They’ve always treated me right. I like how it’s old school because I am too. They are always friendly and most of their employees have been for years, which is pretty uncommon nowadays. The best thing about this bank by far is that their mortgage loans are kept in house and not sold. That means you are going to be making payments to and dealing with the same bank for the life of your loan. There’s only one thing that I don’t like. For their NetTeller, they require those passwords that have several requirements (cap & lower case letters, numbers, & special characters) & I understand why, but I have a hard time remembering passwords like that. In order to recover your password, you have to call the main branch and have them reset your account so you can change your password. So if you need to check something in your bank account over the weekend & you forgot your password, you’re pretty much out of luck and that can lead to other problems in today’s world of instant everything! Other than that small issue, this is a great bank!”

“I wish that their app would work better. It always seems like it's down late night, which is understandable. But the amount of times it's down is crazy. App development is an on going process, but come on..tonight, 4/23/17, it's down for 7 hours. What y'all got going on that it takes that long? There are a lot of improvements that can be made to the app and your mobile/online site but I don't see them coming to fruition.”
