Leon was amazing as usual and worked hard to get me into a vehicle he knew I’d be happy with. This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever had cars through. This is my third one through them and the only vehicles I’ve never had issues with.

Great experience. Had an appointment for oil change. They were quick and did a great break check as well as other points rotated my tires and were very quick . A very manageable wait. Service was very good and cost was fair .

My 2018 chevy equinox was taken here this past Tuesday for the concern of "no start, a lot of lights on the dash". $900 I got it back with an extremely vague invoice yet was charged that much for diagnosis, a single connector marked up to $90; with the rest as labor although it didn't show the hourly breakdown for what was done. The following Saturday I tried to start my vehicle and the exact same thing happened. No start/ dashboard lights... they refuse to pay for a tow back or do anything towards bill reimbursement but I'm not comprehending why. I took my car in for a very specific issue that is exhibiting the same exact symptoms.

Over all, it was a good experience. Steve Munger of sales was great to deal with.Without going into details, I can't say the same for the sales manager, Steve's boss!He could use some additional people communication skills.Artie, the finance manager, actually bailed out the failed sail, as I was ready to walk after a confrontation with the sales manager.Now if I can get some "good faith" help with the cost of the new battery I had to install, 12 days after I took ownership of the car, I'll be happy as a clam!The vehicle was sold with an expired battery by 1yr. 8 months and I was left stranded with a dead battery.I'm sure that this was an oversight by the service dept.This issue is pending as of 2day.Well, Ben Davis came thru!Thank You to the entire staff who handled my "dead auto battery" situation.I was reimbursed the entire cost of my auto battery problem in a most timely manner!This was my 2nd auto purchase from Ben Davis and I will be back if/when I'm in need of a newer vehicle. ??

Steve had the vehicle washed and ready upon our arrival and we spoke briefly he showed us the carfax, It was a pleasant experience compared to the dealership we had visited earlier in the day to look at a similar vehicle, This is the second vehicle purchased from Ben Davis Ford and Steve is a pleasure to deal with as well as the other employees,

I searched high and low to find another Ford Flex to replace my 2014 model. I wanted a 2019 the last year they made them but in a certain color and options. For me it was a 6 hr drive to visit Ben Davis Ford. We negotiated our transaction the best we could over the phone and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. My salesman Derek Longenberger was great to work with and always provided me with answers in a timely mannerin our conversations prior to my arrival. It was a long drive for me to get what I wanted but the dealership was very fair in valuation of my trade and pricing of their vehicle. Derek and the others made my experience a pleasant one. I would recommend taking a look at them for your next vehicle purchase.

We were looking for a Bronco Sport for our daughter, and ended up driving a few hours to Ben Davis Ford because they had the exact model & features we were looking for on their lot. Also, dealers in our area were forcing customers to pay $4000 ADM over sticker for what probably amounts to a 6 month interior/exterior ceramic coating (if that). We were very pleased with Derek, the rest of the team, and the whole experience. It was quick and easy, and worth the drive.

Pricing was slightly lower than other dealers with same miles/year of car. Got a fair value for my trade. There was an issue with the car so they made good on the deal to get it fixed and offered to deliver to us when the repair was completed.
