This place has gone down hill!!! The cashiers working on 11/24/23 around 3:30 are useless! Lazy! No customer service skills! Was busy down one of the aisle talking while customers waiting up front.

This store should just be shut down. Its closed half the time anyway due to lack of staffing. When it is open, nothing is ever on the shelves and what little is on the shelves is blocked by carts full of unopened inventory or piles of stuff on the floor. It's also dark like half the lights either aren't on or just aren't working. Been shopping here for years and it used to be a great place to run in and grab something but every since it got moved out of the Kroger plaza and they made it a stand alone store, it's slowly gone downhill. I think it's finally hit the bottom. Too bad because we don't have a lot of options here in Auburn as it is.

This is far the worst stop on cleanly ness I ever see got bags of trash laying all throughout the store garden rakes laying on the floor medicine on the same shelf as the soap and cleaning stuff all mixed together looks like the floor hasn't been swept in a long while everything is piled up where u can't get to other products and the staff is sitting around the office on there phones this by far the worst dollar general Iv ever been in I'm from Tennessee and there stores ain't like this I will be in contact with the health department over this it's redecless and the music is so loud that i ghad yell to talk to my wife while shopping I'll never come back here for nothing been here a week and store looks worse with every da

This store is a terrible mess! It is very dirty! So many of the aisles were blocked with boxes and stuff that was knocked off the shelves it was unsafe to be in there. I haven't seen the older lady that managed the store in Kroger Plaza for several visits and I suspect it's the reason for the decline in the store. The Fire Dept should check it out and also the Health Dept. I want to let the lady that was in there before that I appreciated her hard work.

Visited again. WOW! This Dollar General needs a make over. I feel like a sardine when I go there. Also the merchandise layout has no rhyme or reason. None of it makes any since at all. Messy, dirty & over crowded store.

The employee that was there had no training and when my coupons didn't work in their system, he had no knowledge how to even honor their weekly add deals. If it's in the ad the store has to honor it ...

WAY TOO CLUTTERED. Overstocked with merchandise/boxes everywhere. The store layout is a disaster. Merchandise stacked too high on shelves. The entire store needs to be straightened up, looks like a tornado went through it. Floors needs to be swept & mopped. There should be one spot for Clearance. Price the clearanced items, the signage is a hot mess.
