Terrible service. They wouldnt honor their sale price of 1098$ on a refrigerator my mom just weeks prior paid 1500$ for and on top of that it was supposed to be delivered sept 14 and now they tell us its back ordered til jan 2021!

Customer service absolutely sucks! Takes someone 5 minutes to help, they get down right rude of you ask for help. All I can give is a piece of advice, IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE CUSTOMERS, DO NOT WORK RETAIL!

Bought a new riding mower and set up for delivery on June 1st. Luckily I called too see if they could give me a better “delivery time†estimate (6am-8pm). Well they weren't sure who but somebody changed delivery date too June 4th. Even better they couldn't give a better time estimate than the delivery guy calling an hour before he delivers. I said I gotta be up at 5 am Incase I'm the 6 am delivery?!? Well no he doesn't get to the store until after 8am ,,, . So I call to speak

Get helpful people in garden center. It's not great for return business if a disabled veteran has to load 70 bags of mulch when he requested help.

Horrible customer service!!! We picked up round up and got a sprayer free- signs were still up saying it was still on sale- we go to check out and are told nope sorry we forgot to take sign down - sale ended yesterday- it is 7:30pm- you e had all day to take sign down- when we stated that the sign was still up we were told well it happens and it's not her fault and we can either pay for it or not get it- needless to say we put all 193.00 worth of items back for the rude service and went to menards for my Garden needs. Beyond rude

Customer service is horrible!! I waited 60 minutes to pickup an online order...the clerk could not "find" my items. Instead of actually looking for my purchases, the clerk just stood at the computer complaining she "does not work in this area"....my order was right behind her!

this has been the sorriest excuse for customer service I have ever seen!@ go to this place spend 700.00 on a new appliance, they have NO ONE to just simply bring into my home. Not to mention a truck driver dropped off in the front of my house three days later. They did not let me know it was here, signed no paperwork to let them know they had dropped off at the right house.. Seriously, Home Depot cannot afford to pay a couple of their men to just assist for (am sure are limited deliveries) have never seen such poor service!! Even VAN's in Auburn when I bought a new fridge, had guys who too the old one out and installed the new one. If I really did not need, would have gone elsewhere!! How do They Stay in Business!!

I actually go out of my way to go to this location because the staff is always helpful and friendly. I'm always greeted when I get there and the cashiers are always happy to help.
