“This last trip to the Big Box Store earned 5 ⭐ because I discovered "the secret sauce" of online ordering! No more frustration trying to navigate giant aisles and clunky carts, alleluia! Finished my order at midnight and they had it ready for pickup before 9 am! Downloading the app was easy & made curbside delivery a breeze. The HD associate helped load the order (he carried all of the heavy bags, thank you!) and received heaps of gratitude! I was so relieved because usually this store stresses me out - instead I was able to go straight home to unload.”
