“I have banked at this branch for 14 years and I am still impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff here! Everyone is always quick to answer questions and help with any issues promptly. I am more often than not, the guy showing up or calling with issues or to do banking in the last minutes of operating hours, and I am always treated with courtesy and a genuinely welcoming greeting. I think it has a lot to do with leadership. I just called 10 minutes til closing time with multiple issues and every one of them was handled quickly by the branch manager Ally. She took the time to make my problems hers to fix, and she is excellent at it! Everyone from the personal bankers stationed just inside the front door, to the tellers, to the manager, are banking professionals. That’s why I continue to bank at PNC. Thanks again!”
