Place was not good. Staff was not friendly. I know it's an automotive garage so it's dirty work but the employees all looked like they just rolled out of bed. And to top it all off one of them pulled their personal vehicle in ahead of me! I didn't stick around. I left. Will not be going back.

The Jiffy Lube in Auburn, IN is always so fast and pretty friendly. They always make sure to tell me what they are doing before they do it, and they ask before doing anything extra. It’s pretty comparable in price to other places- might be a little more, but worth it. It means I don’t have to get out of the car, and my granddaughter could stay in her seat too, while we waited less than 15 minutes for them to get it done!

I never ever write bad reviews…… but this place man….
Came in because my car started making a noise the right passenger wheel. I had just purchased the car from a private seller and only put 3000 miles… and the seller did state he had just gotten the breaks done
Mechanic says need new breaks. I said are you sure? He said this and that blah blah blah. I said are you sure again… because i just want that noise fixed before driving home…. After i explained I Drove 220 miles for a funeral that day….
I trusted the mechanic

After he was done i can assume he figured out the breaks was not the issue so he tells me oh yeah you need the bearings replaced asap… he test drives it. breaks are squealing like a pig in the slaughter house. And the same noise is still there. And goes oh yeah you can stop by monday and i can get that done for you…
You knew i was military since u saw my uniform. Most are not super rich in the military you know…
I was even honest enough to return your phone after u left it in my car. Believe me i wanted to smash that ish….
