Had a nice pedicure, the girl did a really good job and I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Also, wish I would’ve had her do my manicure. I had a different girl for my manicure, and this was the first time EVER that I have had a manicure where every nail was shaped differently!! 😳
She didn’t use a base coat and didn’t understand what I was asking. Within two days, my nail polish was coming off. 😢.

I’ve been going to King Nails for about a year and have always been fine with the service, but today was my last time — and unfortunately it was for my wedding nails. I had an appointment for a deluxe pedicure and a full set, but they booked someone else only an hour and a half after me, which isn’t nearly enough time. Everything felt rushed.
When it came time for my nails, the tech cut them to the length I asked for, then aggressively filed them down so short they looked like kitty claws — on my wedding week! When I told her they were way too short, she put acetone on to soak them off, then handed me over to the owner because she had another client coming in. He continued removing them while acetone was still burning my fingers, and then went at my nails with the drill while they were soaked and raw. It was painful and completely unprofessional. I ended up telling him to just stop because my nails hurt too badly to continue.
To make it worse, when I went to pay, they charged me $70 — $45 for the pedicure and $15 for the soak off. Why am I being charged for a soak off when they’re the ones who ruined my nails in the first place?
This was the most stressful and disappointing nail appointment I’ve ever had, especially for something as important as my wedding. I won’t be going back, and I don’t recommend anyone else risk it either.

Took my daughter for mani/pedi and the ladies were kind, patient, and made the experience enjoyable. They did a fantastic job on our nails. Will be going back in the future!

I called the day of to schedule an appointment for later in the day. I expected not to be able to get in with the short notice. A gentleman answered, very nice, told me my requested time would not be a problem and they looked forward to seeing me then. When I arrived they were very professional and did my nails exactly as I had asked. I asked a lot of questions about the process and my nail tech answered everything. She was super sweet. I would definitely go back again!

I went in yesterday and asked to have my old nails soaked off and a new set put on. Helen started soaking my nails off and filling the stuff off. The second time she pulled the stuff off my nails to file off the old tips she didn’t even cut down my nails and she tried to put the new tips on over the olds tips that were still there. I had to tell her several times that my nails have never been strong and she tried again to put the new tips on over the old tips. I wasn’t happy about it and she knew that. She doesn’t listen to the customer at all. She still get all of the old tips off, put the new ones on top of the remaining tips that she never got off. She didn’t cut my nails down at all she just filed them and they looked bad. The only way I will ever come back is if someone else does my nails. She won’t touch them again.

I love going to King nails , An is patient , gives detailed work , and really pushes for the nail design or art you want. I never feel rushed or get sloppy services like other places I have been to . I definitely pay for what I ask and want ! All their staff go above and beyond to satisfy you! I highly recommend King nails they are great!!!

It was a young man who butchered my hands and nails. I came in for a simple fill and he was rude and uninterested in what Jesus was doing, or what I asked for. Left with butchered nails
