Be really sure to check expiration dates. Keep finding really really expired food in the cooler section. Stuff that is a month past date. You find the same thing on Dupont. I guess they just don't educate their staff on food safety.

I was highly disappointed with my baby shower cake. The original photo doesn’t look like the cake I received. It was too late to order something different. The lady took my order led me to believe the cake would look exactly as pictured, no matter the size. The cake I received didn’t justify the cost.

Worst Kroger to shop at and I've shopped alot of Kroger stores. Always out of items, management is rude to customers, and you are lucky if there's a check lane open besides the self checkout. They make customers with 300 to 400 dollars worth of groceries use the self checkout. When you say something they laugh at you and say if you don't like it go somewhere else. Yea that's their customer service.

I'm really getting sick and tired of socially inept clerks who stare at you and lack the ability to properly greet their customers, much like the one I experienced at this location tonight. Where do you find these people and how long will it be until you no longer require their services? Not a very welcoming environment.

Got a call to pick up prescription. I went in at 1:15pm. It says lunch from 1:00=1:30. Their was a sign on the pharmacy . I sat there until 2:05pm with NO LUCK of picking up my prescription. I returned home & called the pharmacy & it rang about 20 times NO LUCK! Then I called customer service & was told only one techinican is working today. WHEN WILL store hire people who want or need a job?

Every week they never are stocked with the "sale items". They never have all the items on the first day, third day, or day before sale ends. This has been a problem for a while. You would think they would be prepared for the sales.

I called deli to order barbecue chicken. Employee said we don't make barbecue chicken, I should call Fort Wayne. I have been buying their baked barbecue chicken for years. Maybe 10 or 15. She was one lazy employee. You just lost my business. We wasn't talking about a 100 pieces of chicken. I asked to preorder for next day 24 pieces.

I had just bought cut up beef, it had a reduced price and I was planning to cook it the same day anyways so I bought it. The beef was already slimy and smelled sour as soon as I opened it when I got home. I’m not one to come back to hound someone at the counter for a new one, I just won’t buy meat here again.
