Her face lit up as she asked us what we were looking for, answered all our questions and walked us through the shelter. She listened, knew the cats and their personalities and was able to point us in the right direction. It didn’t take long for us to connect with the one we would fall in love with! Emma was perfect! Her passion, patience and love for animals was felt! All the staff there were more than helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I would highly recommend anyone looking to rescue a pet to visit the DeKalb County Animal Humane Shelter. We will definitely be back!
