Send today my husband to pick last time mail and Mark told him leave a building and didn’t give him a mail. They don’t give you keys for mail boxes which is a federal crime. Then they won’t give you a mail because you don’t have a key. This is absurd. When I insisted on keys they simply said we don’t want to provide you with the service. And the clerk said I had an attitude. I simply asked for the keys. We had business with this location for 6 months and during this time they couldn’t find a time to make a key and give it to us! This is a crime and I will write to General postmaster to take a mail license from them.

This place was a lifesaver. Literally mailed something at 3pm and had it deliver in MA the next day at 1pm. Awesome

The customer service is AMAZING!!!!!!I had an amazon return with wrong tag ....the gentleman went out of his way helping me for nearly half hour.Thank you so very much for fantastic and friendly services.Lady helped me with photo enlargements and she is very good.Thank you again ??

Amazing customer service! They created all of my daughter's baby shower invites, games and banners. I told her what I wanted and in a day she sent me the sample to approve and within the week I had everything I ordered. She even accommodated a couple of my last minute requests.

I had a wrong item delivery from FedEx and PostNet helped me get my return lable printed and took the return. Awesome people. I recommend them for shipping, printing, faxing. Check them out. Just saved me a trip to Ft. Wayne!!!
