AVIOD THIS PLACE. You would be better off at a standard dealership that offers much better service.
I would (NOT TRUST) this place, they sell auction used old cars and 99% of the time they DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING about the car.
I ASSURE you, they BUY and SELL USED cars and tell you nothing is wrong with the car. Then you waste your money on the car coming find out there is issues with the car!!
THESE CAR PLACES ARE SCAMMERS!!!
Additionally, what gave me RED FLAGS about this place. they provide no information about the car's pricing or financing options unless you share your personal details.

I was happy in 2021 when I got an explorer. Since then they have some new policy’s to make things better for the customers. Good staff and customer service. I could not have had a better car buying experience. Thanks Tim. Highly recommended!!!

Well I got my Envoy from the one on Coliseum, and tbh had nothing but issues with it and paid cash outright for it. But Tim at the Auburn location was wonderful not even knowing I had some reservations. It was a quick process I wasn't even there more than an hour.
