Brooke did a fantastic job helping me apply for a passport! She was quick & very sweet despite being busy. The worker greeted me once I walked in. Overall I had a good experience!

I received an order today from Amazon that is a book. The post office carrier said it was placed inside the mailbox which it wasn't. It was outside next to the door with snow all over and the back of the book was wet because the driver did not place it inside one of the big mailboxes next to the curbside. Not very happy about getting a wet book that's wet.

Very rude… lady who “helped” me was very dismissive and snappy. I had an issue with my mail going to the wrong address, she was extremely rude and condescending, treated me as though I was dumb. Terrible terrible service.

My hubby and I stopped in here to get our pictures for our passport renewals and were greeted by a sweet lady at the desk. She was very helpful and assisted us quickly to complete what we needed. We also saw another employee who took our photos and she was also jovial and friendly - what a great experience - way to go Auburn Post Office!

Sent a letter just a little over 100 miles away and it took over 2 wks. To arrive and was torn to bits, I even paid extra so it wouldn't go through their machines and get torn up, not worth the money will definitely use anouther service from now on.

One of the most unhelpful, unfriendly post offices around. I'm visually impaired and they would not help me at all. I went to waterloo and the lady was very helpful and kind .

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have not sent a large package in a long time and they helped me through the process. I want to recognize them for their help since I'm sure this is a tough job.
