Travis answered the phone when I called & then walked me through every step on getting me the new iPhone. Then helped me & made sure everything transferred correctly & got me the best deal possible. He deserves a raise for sure! Thankful that he made the process very simple will be coming in next week to get my mom a new phone with Travis as well!

Faith has been very helpful and very professional with any questions and concerns that we have had. We were in there today and she helped us get our one app all set up on all of our phones changing plans. We’ve been in there a couple times and she has been very, very helpful.

I was in the store earlier in the month with questions about my bill and Travis not only answered them but got me on a better plan that was cheaper! Then today I was in asking questions about the home internet Verizon offered. Alexander did a great job answering all my questions, helped me get it set up at the store, and talked me through how to set it up at home. Both guys were very nice and helpful!
