This agency is excellent. I say this as a customer and a brother to Tom who is a good, honest, caring man. He works hard to put together the proper insurance policies to suit your specific needs. He will give you his honest recommendation, but allow you to make your own decision without pressure. Ask him hard questions, he doesn't mind!Allstate is the best insurance company I've ever had. They do not nickel and dime you on claims or try to weasel out of paying.

William seem passively interested in helping you unless you are looking to increase the cost on your overall policy and often times seems undertrained on the computer systems he is interfacing with. Everytime they get a good customer service representative they seem to last only a few months before leaving.

We are in the process of moving back to Indiana where our secondary home is located. Our homeowner's is currently through the folks at Simmons. Due to vehicle registration renewals and purchasing a new vehicle in Indiana we wanted to get our auto coverage switched to Indiana - to make a long story bearable, they got us a new policy for our existing and new cars within minutes. It was completely painless and a pleasure to do business with them.

Low rates but NO ONE at this company anywhere, any branch will call you back, we only wanted to review our coverage after several years of remodel and home improvements, thank goodness we never had a claim!

I saved a ton of money by switching from Geico. I love the cute little gecko but he didn't save me any money. My agent Tom, (while not so cute) saved me a ton of money. Just kidding Tom. Lol... well sorta. Anyway, I insured my house with Allstate also. My agent is very involved and eager to help which means a lot. In summary, I saved a ton of money by switching from Geico and now I'm in good hands.
