“Awesome, awesome location with the best customer service! Yesterday I brought in 46 boxes (yes, 46!) that I needed to ship to different US locations. Abby, Jodi, and team were so helpful and patient with me. For over an hour Abby processed the address for each box (even had to Google some addresses to confirm), printed the receipt, and placed the label on the box. They offered me a cart to help unload my car. I can’t say enough great things about this crew and location! Thank you! Will definitely use them again!”

“Great service at offices and deliveries . Do not like the call lines when you keep receiving a package for a neighbor that lives behind you . My husband mom lives in norwood cincinnati ohio . Her address is well seen in lyle lane . House behind her the keep sitting on her porch. When you call address or name on package does not matter unless you have number . His mom could not read the numbers. Away comes from walmart . When you call international lines its to difficult . One time pouring rain sat on her steps getting soaked . Finally mailman took it to the people .”
