Had my prescription ready, obtained a flu vaccine & RSV vaccine while I was there. Pharmacist very nice and helpful. Employees courteous, and helpful as well.

Not reliable on getting Rx filled. Make you wait a very long time (40 min) then tell you your Rx can’t be filled that day because they don’t have the proper info in the Rx. They also tell you they will call you back the next day to fill it and never do. Poor quality customer service.

Took in a prescription for a pain medication and after waiting an hour and standing in line 3 different times, Megan (pharmacy tech who was very nice), asks the pharmacist, Kelly, about the prescription. He finally comes to the counter and says “we can't fill a prescription from this doctorâ€. When I asked why, he repeated the same thing and walked away. This exchange was very rude, in my opinion. There was no apology nor suggestion where I might get it filled. Having just moved to the area I am not aware of any reason it couldn't be filled. I took it to WALGREENS and they were happy to fill it.

So I called to get a quote on the price of meds was told one was on a $4 plan the other was $35 and had it transferred from Kroger's then today find out because it was 60 tablets which I clearly stated yesterday when I asked for the price it ended up being $4x 2 and $35x 2 so needless to say Kroger's was cheaper I should have just left it there to begin with! When someone calls about a price be sure to double clarify your not pricing half of the item you want the whole bandaid!

I've been on Rx meds for many years, so Ive dealt with many different pharmacies over the years. The pharmacist's here are awesome, hard working, personable and seem to always go out of their way to make my day easier. The rest of the pharmacy staff a very professional as well, and I so appreciate their willingness to help in spite of having to deal with "us" the public, and our hurry up, me,me, me attitudes. Thank you Wal Mart pharmacy!

i have tried to call at least 10 times within 20 minutes just to get a simple yes or not answer and they refused to answer. Out of 10+ calls, only twice was the phone answered and then i was directed to another department with no answer. One thing this place does have going for it is the employees. I've only ever encountered nice and helpful employees willing to go the exact mile once you're in the store

Hard to beat the prices but it is frequently under stocked and rarely are there enough cashiers to get out in a timely matter. The most irritating aspect is the push to check yourself out......we are close to them expecting us to stock the shelves for them too.

Went over to purchase small bags of a hard cat food my cat likes. Another grocery store I went to last week did not carry that variety. Product was on top shelf and due to it being thrown up on the shelf not placed, I could not reach it. So I looked for an employee to assist me. Asked self-checkout person to get someone to meet me in the aisle after about 5 minutes of searching and finding no one. No one showed. I waited at least 15 minutes. So I got another customer to get it down for me. Then confronted the person I asked what happened. Given an excuse they didn't answer page. Well, didn't you know there was a customer waiting on someone to come.. Spoke to customer service management as well as two asst. store managers. They don't care. Nothing is going to change to improve customer service. Employees can not do anything outside their assignment area.. Told by asst. store manager to shop after 2 PM in that area when there is an employee who stocks three areas working then. It was about 1:30 PM. They were also once again out of their brand Special Kitty 4 can pack of tuna. Other problem is they have very few registers open. Those who weren't 20 items or less were backed up with customers wth multiple carts.
