Absolutely great service!!! Sherry was able to answer all my questions and finally after almost a whole year of trying to get my account all lined out through other avenues she was able to get everything fixed in just a few minutes. Frank is also very kind and easy to work with. Definitely better than the old management which was just a phone number you could call and most of the time they couldnt even answer a simple question. I would definitely recommend anybody to come check this place out for all your storage needs!!!!

Yeah If I could give zero stars I definitely would! The manager Amanda Dickson has lied to get my account banned from auctions now making false accusations saying I didn’t get my units cleaned out when in fact I did actually I rented it andPut myPersonal belongings in there! And also sent me pics of the storage unit and said before she sent hang on let me see if these photos are legit before sending them ( making sure that the employees hadn’t taken the motorcycle that was pictured first, cuz lord knows they go thru everything and take what they want ). SMH storage express management is a bunch of crooks

Units are clean, facilities are clean, doesn’t smell. Raised concrete platform inside the unit and a good seal on the door keeps everything out of the weather. I’m glad I found an availability here!
